Cundinamarca 110221 Your responsibilities and tasks: Develop the service sales strategy and ensure a CREATE-GEA approach to customers. Identify opportunities for sales projects and actively manage key customer accounts. Operate in partnership with service sales engineers to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience. Manage individual day-to-day activities with possible responsibility for multiple product groups/application clusters. Sell GEA's products by identifying leads, educating prospects through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. Focus on local or regional sales activities and sell products over the phone, online, and through face-to-face meetings with potential and key customers. Study the portfolio to create technical & commercial presentations on company products. Update market and competitor data, sales trends, and liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies. Prospect and qualify new sales leads, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for customer meetings. Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and develop strong relationships with customers. Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Ensure sales activities are on track to meet goals and implement innovative activities. Deliver complete information to sales support to create and process orders in a timely manner. Report travel expenses monthly under GEA guidelines and manage day-to-day activities for multiple BUs. Your profile and qualifications: University degree in a main engineering field or basic science. Experience in sales or engineering environment. Working knowledge of CRM systems. Proven track record of managing customer relationships. Proven process knowledge related to Dairy technology Industry. 2-4 years of sales experience. Fluent in English. Excellent interpersonal skills and highly self-motivated.
