THE JOB AT A GLANCE Carbon Health is looking for a forward-thinking healthcare Licensing Associate to join our growing HQ Legal Team. This role will research, prepare and submit applications related to healthcare clinic site licensing in the US and partner cross-functionally as needed to ensure the successful issuance of required operational licenses and permits. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills (aka "soft skills") and a passion for leveraging scalable, flexible, and adaptable internal tools and frameworks that support the fast-paced growth and sometimes unpredictable needs of our business and the local government agencies that govern related licensing and permits compliance of healthcare clinics facilities while maintaining Carbon Health's high standards of integrity. What You'll Do Research clinic healthcare-facility license requirements of the issuing authority or agency. Prepare the required license application (e.g., medical waste generator permit, X-ray registration, healthcare facility license, etc.). Work cross-functionally as needed to meet related deadlines for filing and issuance of required licenses. Manage tasks and communication within internal licensing-management tools. About You 2 plus years legal/admin experience. Healthcare/licensing experience will be a bonus. Experience preparing clinic facility -related license applications and/or forms. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fully bilingual). Must be able to work with diverse healthcare and administrative professionals at all levels of the organization. Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, and the ability to handle changing priorities. Ability to exercise significant patience, understanding, and empathy when necessary, recommend solutions tactfully and professionally, and maintain the integrity of confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
