We are looking for a Lead Marketing Operations Expert in Bogota, Colombia

What you will do

- Stay up to date with new marketing tools;
- Define and execute A / B tests and experiments to grow number of leads and reduce costs across channels (Mass Mail, Linkedin, Paid Media, Inbound);

- Work with technical experts to share learnings and opportunities;

Set up and track analytics.

Must haves

- 5 years in outbound marketing (Mass Mail, Linkedin);
- 3 years experience in Inbound Marketing (Paid Media, Content, SEO);
- 2 years of experience in data reporting;
- 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
- You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;

Willingness to try new things and learn from them.

Nice to haves

- Experience in software development industry;
- You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- You have experience working in an Agile environment;
- You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve;

Experience in martech tools.
