Position : Sales Representative Working Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM (EST) Salary Range : $1300-$1700 / Monthly (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) ABOUT THE ROLE: The company is seeking a Sales Representative with a proven track record of getting results.
In this role, you'll manage and qualify leads, verify eligibility for our care programs, and work closely with our team to ensure qualified leads are referred efficiently.
This is a role for someone who has grit, a passion for helping others, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage both cold and warm leads, verifying their eligibility for Home Care programs.
Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and online research to build initial relationships.
Follow up on prospects to nurture leads and determine program suitability.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the Keyline team to support lead qualification and the referral process.
Partner with our Marketing team to support lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in our CRM.
Provide feedback to improve the lead qualification and referral process.
Stay informed on industry developments and relevant regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in sales and demonstrated ability to meet sales target.
Strong communication skills and ability to establish a quick rapport.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus, but demonstrated success in sales is even more important and can substitute for formal education.
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: At least 50mbps internet speed Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
