In this role you will support various global continuous improvement and technology projects within our Global TA COE. Communicate optimally with stakeholders to capture requirements, provide updates and advise project team tasks and actions. Develop and support change management initiatives. Training of stakeholders. Acerca de ti Education in Business Administration, Project Management, Management or a related field or Project Management Certification. Bilingual English- Spanish. 2 years of experience supporting project work required, preferably on a global scale. Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and technologies (e.g. ai for recruiting, ATS, CRM, interviewing, stakeholder surveys, referral programs, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills. Conduct meetings, build status updates, and communicate optimally with team members. Effective communication and social skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
