Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Maintains current security permissions as per Bank policies on user accounts and applications via Add, Delete and Changes of user memberships, group memberships and access levels on all supporting environments. The incumbent will be knowledgeable in environment(s) for which they are responsible. Assist with all access and permission issues that may arise. Manages low to medium risk projects. Drives initiatives within the team and the overall department to deliver automation solutions and process improvements. Drives initiatives with our business line partners to incorporate (onboard) new services to the APS team's service catalogue and ensure all customer and team requirements are completed/delivered before onboarding completes. Plays an overall role for the APS team that seeks out areas for improvement and works with the stakeholders (team member of business line partners) to implement customer experience improvements. Manages multiple initiatives/tasks concurrently. Assists on complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various factors. Escalates more complex problems to management for guidance. Determines course(s) of action that may fall outside of procedural and policy guidelines and standards and makes recommendations. Provides work leadership and guidance to all team members and business partners they will be collaborating with for automation and process improvement initiatives. Be curious and driven. Keeps current on rapidly changing technological trends, self-teaches new technologies and maintains an understanding of emerging technology strategies in order to apply those to internal processes. Work on a number of projects / application systems – execute a quantifiable number of tasks/projects annually. Interact with internal clients of all levels daily. Work with application developers. Education / Experience / Other Information Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years minimum working experience in an IT projects environment with a working knowledge in application/system administration, project execution, and workflow automation. Requires in-depth knowledge of operating system technology, security best practices, automation strategies and applications: A good working knowledge of shell/script programming. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working within the ITIL framework. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good understanding of ticket tracking tool (Service Now). Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project delivery methods.
