Junior Logistics Coordinator

American company is looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Representative.
In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the removal, packing, loading, and shipment of assets, ensuring that these processes are executed efficiently and safely.
You'll be building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and managing freight activities from start to finish.
Responsibilities Manage logistics operations related to asset removal, packaging, and shipping.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients/vendors to ensure smooth freight processes.
Promote logistics services to existing customers.
Coordinate resources for the secure collection and transportation of equipment.
Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring that all expectations and deadlines are met.
Contribute to cross-departmental collaborations, especially with Sales and Project Management.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the logistics services customer base.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, International Administration and Logistics, Business Administration and related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple shipments of varying complexity.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) for effective communication and project management.
Excellent planning, commercial awareness, and IT skills.
A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
