Your Role & Responsibilities as IT recruiter:

- Proactively identify the needs of the leaders in terms of pipeline building and hiring, defining with them the priority and the specifications of each role.

- The IT recruiter should serve as a consultant to be able to clearly understand and identify the project/team needs and recommend the best way to move forward. Making sure the processes are agile, pragmatic, and with high quality in terms of communication and type of candidates.
- Bring the best candidates for each position, correctly profiling and assessing the candidates to make sure they fit to Keyrus culture and can easily adapt to our ways of working.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: from candidate sourcing, CV review, pre-screening, Interview coordination, test applications and HR interviews in both Spanish and English.
- Assure continuous and assertive communication with managers, interviewers, candidates and all the parties involved in each process.
- Weekly follow-ups with the managers, control, and analysis of the main KPI's, monthly reporting to the Directing Board.
- Keep the ATS system up to date.
- Coordinate career fairs and other job events.
- Be a promoter of our positions and employer brand in different platforms and media.

- Be an active team player in the coordination and execution of some HR activities.

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of specifically experience in IT Recruitment following end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), Teamwork, Creativity, Analytical problem solving, Pragmatism and Self-Management. We are looking for a person that matches our DNA: open and assertive communication, collaboration, agility, and simplicity.
- English: Advanced (Min. B2, optimum C1).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms.
- Experience with ATS systems, this person must feel comfortable with the usage of tech tools to optimize work.
- Intermediate or Advance Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,
Labor relations or related fields. Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience doing recruitment for US, Canada or other English-speaking countries.
