The Information Technology Business Relationship Manager acts as the IT focal point for any demand or initiative arose by BU's related with technology in the LATAM region. This role needs to be in permanent contact with the necessary IT parties: IT ARP, IT Operations, CoE to ensure all IT services are properly delivered in the region. Actively participates in the design of the IT strategy for the region and support IT Execution, acting as a Business Partner for Regional Functions and BU's. Responsible for the construction and proper execution of the IT budget in each BU. Ensures the adequate communication to the General Managers and their staff by sharing IT metrics, project statuses and budget performance. Key Job Accountabilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in business units across Latin America, including Functional Leads and BU's leads by understanding stakeholders strategies, needs and goals by regularly engaging in conversations to uncover their challenges and objectives. Identify initiatives (issues, needs and opportunities) of process/business units in scope by engaging with the key users, Business Process Lead, managers and executives; gather high-level business requirements and context, develop IT strategies to define feasible solutions (include identifying new products for non-standard demands) and conduct project maturity process to get an initiative converted in a project. Maintain constant (timely, relevant and proactive) communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about the status of projects and initiatives as needed for any situation, identifying and addressing issues before they escalate discussing progress and address any concerns to find solutions that benefit both parties. Ensure the adequate communication to the General Managers and their staff by sharing IT metrics, project statuses and budget performance. Ensure business value is captured, realized and optimized by talking value early, strong business case development, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to further improve value. Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party support providers for SAP ECC and other IT applications, leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority in order to provide operational support and training to end-users on applications functionalities and to ensure vendor contracts and agreements are in place. Develop and manage the department's/country budget, allocating funds for staffing, training, tools, infrastructure and other resources, monitoring expenses and making decisions to optimize budget utilization. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Knowledge of IT project management principles and experience in leading IT projects, PM certification is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. 8+ years dedicated proven experience in IT. 8+ years working with SAP ERP ECC, including configuration, implementation, and support. Including knowledge of Latin America localization. 3+ years experience in roles related to IT project management, IT Portfolio management, IT consulting, IT Business Relationship Management, or similar positions. Experience with effective communication and stakeholder management at different levels in the organization. Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
