This person has B2B consultative selling experience with a proven track record of driving opportunities to closed sales. This position is designed to drive you towards our enterprise sales teams. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Close qualified new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns and email. Identify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns. Emphasize product benefits and features to validate sales-ready opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to produce a smooth transition of created opportunities. Capture accurate and complete records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Avetta Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Maintain and expand the database of prospects in the Avetta CRM. Use company CRM to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted. Take inbound service calls from customers looking to onboard. Maintain responsibility for a targeted number of suppliers. Qualification and Requirements: Trilingual - Speaks Spanish/Portuguese/English. Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance. Candidate must display comfort level with working with and committing to aggressive goals. Must possess exceptional phone and great communication skills. Driven by growth within their current role and desire to take on additional responsibility. Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. CRM (Salesforce.com) experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and web presentation solutions like Zoom and Salesforce.com. Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements: 3-5 years of sales experience in a Software/Cloud Company. Trilingual - Can speak Spanish/Portuguese and English. Can make 60+ outbound calls per day.
