HOW YOUR WORK CAN TRANSFORM THE WORLD You'll help to execute the policies defined by the Human Resources area related to culture, organizational climate, engagement, diversity, leadership pipeline, succession, compensation and people management.
Here, your responsibilities will be: Perform analyses, assessments and diagnoses of human resources practices with a view to carrying out internal consultancy in the areas served, coordinating comprehensive projects to attract, develop and retain talent. Participate in the development and implementation of programs related to people management, including climate research and implementation of action plans. Support leaders in managing these topics and creating action plans. Map and address development needs of leaders and non-leaders (coaching, mentoring, technical and behavioral training, etc.), selecting service providers suited to each demand. Analyze promotion and recognition requests according to the pillars of the performance cycle and internal policies, being able to provide an opinion on the total compensation structure. Ensure that leaders understand the tools, programs and policies in the People and Management area. Manage conflict by creating solutions in partnership with leadership. Manage processes and activities taking into account the legislation in force in the country of operation. Perform data analysis, understand the impacts and contribute to decision-making with the leaders served. Support Talent Acquisition team with culture interviews and insights about the profiles of open positions. Main knowledge and skills: Experience as a HRBP or related field; Business knowledge and depth; Knowledge of local labor law [México and Colombia]; General knowledge of human resources, organizational structure and people environment; Project management; Advanced English; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Work model is hybrid 2x in the office.
