POSITION TITLE : HR Generalist REPORTS TO : CEO/CFO DEPARTMENT : HR and Admin JOB DESCRIPTION Stand-alone position directly reports to CEO/CFO of the Company. Responsible for everything related to employee management, including payroll, salary negotiation, contract management, and organizing training days and educational materials for new employees. Responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and ensuring employees adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. Direct reports : CFO/CEO Works with Internal: Production, Logistics, Graphics, Sales, Designers, Marketing, Finance, and Admin personnel External: Manpower agency DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters. Administer new employee onboarding and orientation on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records. Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly. Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances. Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Respond to human resources-related inquiries. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. Monitor employee morale and company culture. Assist in the hiring process. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Assist in payroll process (timekeeping preparation). Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field. Understanding of labor laws and regulations. Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance. Understanding of personnel and compliance records management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of human resources experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word). Can speak Filipino and English.
