BASIC PURPOSE Monitor that all employees are following the policies and offenders are given corresponding disciplinary action based on the company rules and regulations. Provide necessary assistance in all company-initiated activities. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Discipline Management – Store and Corporate - Prepares Notice to Explain and Disciplinary Action to employees with special cases. - Executes issuance of due process Memo and Termination/Discharge Paper. - Coordinates with Manager for employees' subject for suspension and termination. - Monitors the issuance of Memorandums for employees under agencies. - Ensures all DA released cases are encoded to HRIS on a monthly basis. - Ensures that all NTE and DA are forwarded to CompenBen for 201 filing. - Performs counseling to problematic employees (upon recommendation of immediate superior); and, - Submits Weekly Report to COO through HR Manager. Employee Relations - Monitors the logistical concerns for the mass preparations are completely done; and - Ensures that Mass is conducted as scheduled. Recordkeeping - Ensures that all ER files are well-maintained and readily available at all times. Other Company Activities - Gives support and organizes company activities that will be beneficial to all employees. Accountability for Employee Action - Performs constant reminder that all employees are following the company policies. Job Qualifications: - College Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course. - With at least one (1) year related experience in Human Resources specializing in Disciplinary Management and Employee Relations. Skills & Abilities - Excellent oral and communication skills. - Interpersonal relationship skills. - Can work independently or in a team. - Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. - Analytical thinker. - Computer proficient. - Able to handle pressure.
