The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening and interviewing candidates to fill open positions on client staff augmentation contracts. To succeed in this role, you must be adept at working effectively in an extremely pressured environment and skilled at filling multiple job requisitions within tight deadlines. CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify qualified senior-level and professional healthcare candidates meeting client requirements within established time-to-fill deadlines. Execute effective prospecting strategies by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sourcing, internet sources, mass mailings and referrals. Source professional candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Assess candidate suitability by reviewing resumes, performing phone screens, using skills qualifiers and conducting behavioral based interviews. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize and track candidates to enable more efficient and effective recruiting and hiring processes. Take ownership of the candidate experience to ensure communication is prompt and professional throughout the recruiting process. Routinely report on recruiting activities, identify risks and challenges in the recruiting process, and drive solution-oriented results. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field. 4+ years of experience recruiting physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms. Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
