Your Job In this role, you will be responsible for leading the unit's transformation projects, conducting data analysis, and facilitating key conversations to standardize processes. The individual will need to make quick decisions, focus on customer needs, and have the ability to innovate and remove barriers to ensure progress. Additionally, promoting team growth and maintaining a constant focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency will be essential. Who you are? At least 10 years of strategy or finance experience - preferably coming from a strategy consulting background Very strong analytical skills – strong proficiency in analytical tooling with strong ability to drive insights and change from analytics Deep finance knowledge – strong understanding of P&L levers and how to drive improvements across each lever Strong project management skills and experience combined with strong capability for structuring problems Strong ability to influence the organisation and senior leadership and drive change in how the organisation operates Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus What do you do? IFP Topic leader on IMM – work with global strategy teams and IFP Leadership team to drive IMM roadmap and input into the development of IMM tooling automation Lead IFP IMM Roll outs – Drive rollout of IMM into new markets and / or segments by providing central support and expertise during the initial roll out in that market / segment Drive IMM tracking – Build / monitor central tooling for tracking of IMM KPIs and reviewing IMM pipeline Provide leadership on key strategic projects for IFP – Lead roll out of main cross ABU strategic projects for IFP by providing project management and analytical leadership Translate best practices across markets – Find best practices in ABUs that can be leveraged by other markets, drive visibility of them across IFP and help roll them out to other ABUs Total Benefits Here are just a few of the benefits you'd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
