About the role As the Head of Sales for LATAM you will work closely with the Global Head of Sales to deliver revenue and build out a team across the continent. This is a hands-on player/manager type role in which you will be expected to own your own pipeline numbers as well as build out a team across various countries. In this role you will be expected to travel regularly and hit the ground running. This will be demanding but the earning potential is large. Your responsibilities Leverage your network to secure large-scale enterprise deals for PayRetailers Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for key strategic deals Represent PayRetailers at industry events, fostering connections and promoting the brand Develop and lead a high-performing team across key countries Collaborate closely with your team and Global Head of Sales as well as senior leadership to shape strategy (for example key new verticals we must target) and partners we need to interact with About you 10 years of experience in a demanding commercially focused role Minimum 3 years experience managing a small team (4-6 people) Solid understanding of the payments landscape and online gambling space Sales acumen (understanding deal processes, negotiation, calculating realistic deal sizes) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have) Forex and crypto expertise is a plus What do we offer?
