We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and expand our Real Estate sales team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful sales teams, leveraging their network to drive growth and expansion. Responsibilities Lead and manage a sales team of 5 to 8 representatives, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and team growth. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on short and long-term growth. Represent the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging your network to attract top talent. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives. Report on sales performance and forecasts to the board, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing and scaling sales teams of 5+ representatives, with a demonstrated history of success. Extensive network within the sales community, with the ability to attract and hire top talent. Strong track record of personally driving and closing significant deals. Charismatic leadership with the executive polish and presence to represent the company in high-level meetings. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive consistent growth. Skilled in coaching and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and productivity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
