About the Role As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future.
You'll take ownership of our global operations, working hand-in-hand with our CEO to ensure our strategy is executed effectively.
You'll build the systems and processes needed to scale, manage a remote team, and oversee the daily operations that support our long-term growth.
This role is ideal for a "player-coach" comfortable with both high-level strategic planning, and the day-to-day details and execution of running a global agency business.
What You'll Do: General Responsibilities This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on management.
Key responsibilities include: Operational Strategy & Execution: Translate company goals into actionable plans, then oversee execution.
Process Building: Design and optimize scalable processes that support growth and enhance the way we work day-to-day internally.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a remote, global team, making sure everyone is aligned, motivated, delivering results, and thriving personally.. Tracking & Metrics: Build systems to track OKRs, KPIs, and other key metrics, ensuring we're hitting targets and holding ourselves accountable.
Client & Talent Operations: Manage the balance between client expectations and talent operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality project delivery.
Operational Improvements: Be relentless in identifying areas for improvement, driving solutions that make us faster, more efficient, and better at what we do.
What You'll Do: First 100 Days What does a successful first 100 days on the job look like?
Here are a few of the key initiatives you'll accomplish: Align on Core Business Model and Priorities: Collaborate closely with the founders to further develop our core theses and business model, ensuring alignment on what truly matters for initial focus and long-term success.
Hire and Onboard Key Team Members (internal & external): Lead the hiring and onboarding of critical roles, ensuring we have "the right people in the right seats" to be successful Build Operational Frameworks: Establish processes and systems needed to manage a remote, global team.
This includes workflows, communication protocols, and project management tools.
Implement Project Management Systems: Integrate project management tools to keep internal communication, task tracking, and cross-functional alignment efficient, without excessive overhead to burden agile execution.
Refine and Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with leadership to refine and begin executing the GTM strategy for our Q1 2025 launch, including operational and client acquisition efforts.
Host Global Team Kickoff: Organize and lead a company kickoff (in-person or virtual) to align the team on company goals, values, and culture.

Requirements Key Requirements (Who You Definitely Are) Below are the qualities that we're looking for at a minimum: 5+ Years of Operations Leadership in an Agency: You've held senior operational roles in an agency environment, handling both strategy and execution.
Relevant roles might include (but are not limited to): Operations Manager/Director, Head of Operations, COO, or similar.
Recruiting/staffing agencies are preferred, but other agencies with similar dynamics (client acquisition/management, internal team structure, etc.)
will be considered too.
Global Remote Team Management: You understand how to navigate diverse working styles, cultures, and time zones effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
You know how to implement the right tools and processes to keep teams aligned.
Process & System Builder: You know how to create scalable systems and processes that support growth.
You've set up systems, project management tools, and metrics to keep operations running smoothly.
Bonus: you have previously implemented management systems (EOS, OKR, Agile, etc.)
Strong Familiarity with B2B Client Demand Generation & Retention: You have a strong understanding of client acquisition and retention in a B2B Agency environment that informs how you execute both strategic planning and day-to-day operations Data-Driven & Highly Analytical: You rely on data as the foundation for informed decision-making, and are extremely adept at creating financial/operational models in tools like Excel.
Client-Facing Experience: You have experience managing client relationships across sales, process management, and retention, ensuring clear communication, projects delivered to a high standard, and long-lasting relationships.
High Horsepower & Quick Learner: You have a strong capacity to quickly understand new concepts and solve complex problems, even in unfamiliar areas without needing prior experience.
Fluent Verbal & Written English: Fluent, confident English is required.
"Professional" English is not sufficient.
Strongly Preferred (Who You Maybe Are) While not required, it's *strongly* preferred if you have: Recruiting/Staffing Agency Experience: You have direct understanding of this industry's specific challenges and operations.
Experience Scaling Operations: Proven ability to scale operations in an agency or startup during a period of growth.
