Our opportunity: The Head of Customer Program Management is responsible for retention and renewal of existing business, focusing on service delivery, profitability and people development. This role drives an owner's mindset, focusing on applying the knowledge of customer and Maersk to create opportunities for efficiencies and growth. The position can be based in Colombia, Panama or Guatemala. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Commercial Driving business controls (FINOPS, revenue leakage avoidance) Performance against target (Downtrading) People Development Upskilling the CPDs and CPMs Contributing to global learning and development programs Personal development plans in place for all CPDs and CPMs Collaborate closely with the global CX and Delivery community to resolve issues and explore new ways of meeting customer expectations Collaboration with sales on account management of the future Contribute to the global Customer Program Management community through best practice sharing and customer stories Contribute to workshops and community initiatives Compliance with resourcing criteria Relevant work experience in a leadership role Excellent leadership, people management and team building skills Proven leadership skills with experience in developing and upskilling teams Extensive experience and knowledge in integrated logistics and supply chain Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Maersk operational structure, functions and network Strong communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and project management skills Advanced level of Spanish and English is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
