- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST (1 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 AM Manila Time)
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description
We're on the hunt for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish-English) to be the voice of our company in Latin America.
This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for music with your customer service expertise. You'll be handling inquiries from clients across Latin America, providing both technical and general support.

Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level customer and technical support to clients across the Americas
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the company's music products or services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements :
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Passion for music and understanding of Latin American music culture
