What does your role look like?
Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: 6 DAYS A WEEK (rotating shifts) | 2:00 am to 11:00 am or 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Work Setup: Onsite, Bogota/Medellin Perks: Work-life balance What awaits you here at Emapta?

English Level: C1 Team/project management experience Good understanding and experience in team planning, problem-solving Proven experience 2+ years in a customer service role, with at least 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory position Fluent in English (written and verbal) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in any field Microsoft Office proficiency Experience in BPO is preferred What will you do in our team?
Lead and supervise a team of Spanish-speaking customer service representatives Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to achieve performance targets Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency Conduct regular team meetings to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction Prepare and analyze team performance reports for management review Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration Welcome to Emapta Colombia!
