We are seeking a dynamic professional for Global Services Human Resources (GS HR) Portfolio and Performance Lead. In this global and cross-functional role, you will play an instrumental role in bringing transparency to portfolio and business performance versus commitments: Execution Excellence: Partners with GS HR and GS cross-functional teams to create transparency on delivery of project portfolio outcomes. Engages in the orchestration of inputs required to bring balanced dashboards to GS HR leadership. Portfolio Management: Support business process to define, track and communicate GS HR portfolio performance to senior leadership. Implements improvements to project management methodologies and tools to continually streamline business performance process based on voice of the customer. Coordinates and partners across GS and HR to deliver dashboard and project status reporting to GS and HR stakeholders at various levels. Leads business process and brings insights on headcount trends across GS HR. Partners with finance to deliver key inputs to support strategic and financial planning processes. Serves as thought partner to GS HR Portfolio and Performance Lead and Head GSHR Strategy and Implementation to bring visibility to delivery of GSHR multi-year operating plan to influence yearly strategic planning process. Leads ad-hoc projects where required. Owns the GS HR Portfolio Process and Governance playbook, ensuring PM and stakeholder training. Executes business process to deliver dashboard reporting, 3E valuation, project status/RAG score, timeline adherence across GS HR portfolio. Engages with stakeholders to continually improve portfolio processes through automation, data transparency, and visualizations to drive improved key insights into performance, risks, and opportunities of the GS HR portfolio. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of operational or program/project leadership experience. Bachelor's degree is required. Must be available to work in U.S. time zones. FPX, PMI or similar certification preferred. MBA is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required. Proven ability to distill data into actionable insights for leadership decision making. Advanced skill level in MS Excel & PowerPoint is required.
