Scope of the role: As the Creative Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's revitalization, taking charge of managing and coordinating creative projects across various channels.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our brand refresh is not just implemented but executed to perfection.
Acting as the central hub of communication and collaboration, you'll bridge the gap between internal teams, the creative department, and marketing channels, fostering a unified and cohesive brand presence.
You'll work closely with the Creative Director to oversee the entire journey of creative assets—from the moment they are briefed, through development, and all the way to their final delivery.
This position is more than just project management; it's about being a visionary leader who ensures that every creative output aligns with our strategic goals and captures the essence of our client's brand across all touchpoints.
Your expertise will be crucial in driving the creative vision forward, ensuring it shines consistently across all platforms and resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities: Brief Management: Ensure all creative briefs are fully completed, detailed, and aligned with project goals before handing them over to the creative team.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather all necessary information and resources required for the briefs.
Act as the point of contact for any questions or clarifications regarding the brief content.
Asset Coordination: Track and manage the flow of creative assets, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate channels such as social media, email marketing, and the company website.
Liaise with the Lead Designer to prioritize asset creation based on project timelines and specific channel requirements.
Monitor asset quality and adherence to brand guidelines before final submission.
Channel Support: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand and fulfill asset needs for all channels.
Ensure that creative outputs are aligned with full-funnel marketing strategies and meet the specific needs of each channel.
Facilitate regular updates and feedback loops between the creative team and channel owners to ensure alignment and consistency across all platforms.
Project Coordination: Manage all Creative Asana boards to keep track of project progress and timelines.
Oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects, ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are on track.
Schedule and lead project kick-offs, check-ins, and review sessions to keep teams informed and aligned on project status and expectations.
Requirements C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have) 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a creative or marketing environment.
(Must Have) Technical Skills:  Proficiency in Asana for project management; experience with Slack for communication and Figma for design collaboration.
(Must Have) Communication Skills:  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills:  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail:  High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing creative briefs and ensuring that assets meet quality and brand standards.
Problem-Solving Skills:  Ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
Adaptability:  Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
