Reports To: Corporate Affairs Head Position Summary: The Corporate Affairs Manager will be responsible for managing the company's external and internal communications, ensuring a cohesive message aligned with our corporate values and business objectives. The role involves strategic planning, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing the execution of corporate affairs initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Understand the external environment within the interest areas for the Company in the public, political, social and trade sectors. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and brand image. Manage media relations, including writing press releases, handling press inquiries, and organizing press conferences. Oversee the company's public relations campaigns and coordinate with marketing, medical and access teams to ensure synergic alignment with overall business strategies and objectives. Identify and . Develop Environment Shaping plans with objectives and strategies that include the political, medical and patient perspective. Collaborate with the regulatory affairs department to ensure compliance with industry regulations and to communicate any changes effectively. Monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to inform strategic decisions. Cooperate with international teams to ensure the strategic alignment of the local projects with the Regional-Global approach. Qualifications: Bachelor's in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, or related field. Specialization or MBA (Health Economics, Data Analytics, Epidemiology). Proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry or health sector. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business, clinical data, and regulatory environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
