About the role The chosen person will support Credit Risk Management and provide risk analytics that support and drive the local business towards achieving their KPIs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, to carry out adequate risk management and add value to the Company through the different reports, analyzes and other deliverables. What you need Bachelor's degree in financial engineering, Industrial engineering, Actuary, Economics, Business Management, Statistics or similar. +3 years of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, finance, or consulting, desirable in Credit Risk management. High analytical capabilities. Effective oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. Experience managing datasets. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, Power BI. English proficiency, expected advance level (C1). Local regulatory knowledge about Credit Risk Management. Desirables: Strong knowledge of statistics and segmentation algorithms. Knowledge in statistical and reporting software such as SAS, COGNOS, SQL, Python, R or similar tools. Previous experience on credit analysis, credit strategy development, and portfolio reporting for consumer portfolios. Market and liquidity Risk Knowledge/experience. What you will be doing Creation, validation, and monitoring on Credit Risk policies. Support initiatives on auto decision logic (Auto-approval and Autorejection). Collaboration for the positioning of new business segments and products, while ensuring credit risk appetite. Creation and maintenance of portfolio monitoring tools (Dashboards) and assisting with collections related strategies. Assist with audit or regulatory requirements. Review consumer portfolio trends, transforming data analysis into recommendations to the business senior management in ad-hoc activities. Ensure compliance of local regulation, corporate (if applicable) and to prevent/identify/alert any exposure to Credit Risk. Support the development, parameterization and testing of Underwriting tool (CRT). Support Senior Risk Manager in ad-hoc activities.
