Position: Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for building, managing, and administering the online community around IGC Pharma, creating and maintaining stable and lasting relationships with its investors, customers, stakeholders, and any user interested in IGC Pharma.
Main Responsibilities: Manage the Company's activity on social networks.Build and manage the online community.Help define and manage brand identity and image.Create and maintain stable and lasting relationships with investors, customers, and all audiences.Create a community around the value that the Company offers.Share important information that should be published for public knowledge.Decide the best time, place, network, etc.
to publish content.Create, develop, and approve content under a brand Company identity.Monitor sentiment, chat lines, and message boards, and manage reputation.Reach out to influencers.Measure the performance of social networks and campaigns.The Community Manager operates as the bridge between the Company and its stakeholders in the digital sphere, managing the Company's online presence across social networks, blogs, forums, and any other platform where interaction is possible.
Key Competencies: Strategy and planning.Content editing: Blogging.Handling of design and editing tools.Content curation and Coolhunting.Storytelling and Transmedia Narrative.Community Dynamization, creation of KPIs, and monitoring.Measurement and Reporting.In-depth knowledge of the characteristics of social networks.Requirements:
