Panagora offers technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities and to help USAID/Colombia comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.
Panagora is looking for a CLA specialist to accompany the implementation of the Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation actions required by USAID/Colombia.
Responsibilities: Design and facilitate learning identification sessions for technical teams from USAID activities and MEL/MELSA Activities.
Design, facilitate, and systematize methodologies to promote learning, strategic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adaptive management.
Guide learning encounters using participatory and dialogical techniques.
Support the formulation, development, and documentation of work plans for the USAID and MEL/MELSA Activities teams.
Implement USAID/Colombia's learning plan and CLA plan.
Design and facilitate learning events for the Community of Practice (CoP) of MEL specialists.
Document the progress of the CLA component implementation rigorously and weekly.
Support the implementation of USAID/Colombia's knowledge management strategy.
Facilitate change management processes through consultation, coaching, and mentoring.
Prepare organizational assessment tools and methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, political science, business administration, education, or related fields.
Master's degree in human development, Intervention in Human Systems, Pedagogy, Research in Social Sciences, Social Psychology, organizational behavior, or similar fields.
At least five years of experience in designing and facilitating learning strategies or participatory methodologies.
At least three years of experience in implementing knowledge management strategies.
Excellent facilitation and systematization skills for workshops, participatory events, and dialogues.
Knowledge of evaluation and research processes in international development.
Knowledge of US Government and USAID compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Level 3 or 4 (Intermediate – Upper Intermediate) of English.
