My client is a leading Independent Financial Advisory firm, providing both businesses and individuals with sound Financial Advice regarding Pensions, Investments & Retirement Planning. We are urgently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IFA Administration / Paraplanning teams. Specifically, this will include: Management of the Client Services team & development – including coaching, mentoring, and training Client Services Administrators. Involvement in the companies Financial Planner Development Programme, including identifying and progressing Client Services Administrators to become Trainee Paraplanners as per company requirements. Management of Programmes e.g. Graduate Financial Planner, Apprenticeships, and CII Development. Assisting with maintaining and creating Client Services processes including: Report and new business application production. Online and manual new business submission. Valuations. LOA, encashments, client maintenance. Liaising with the Paraplanning Manager to ensure: Report Upload process remains efficient and streamlined. Any training needs are identified within either department in relation to the Report Upload process. Report upload production is delivered. Management of the distribution of the Client Service team workload. Oversee planning and implementing the annual OEIC to ISA campaign. Oversee planning, implementing and keeping up-to-date the Rebalance/Fund Switch Client List and Email Process Procedure. Oversee general office requirements including: Staff/client office access. Telephone client-related call management. Post management – inbound/outbound. Stationery/stock control. Conduct quarterly and annual 1:1 and performance reviews for the Client Services team – assisted by the Assistant Client Services Manager. Identifying and addressing individual training and development needs. Maintaining HR records for the Client Services team including: Sickness records. Annual leave records. Implementing disciplinary procedures if required. Oversee recruitment of team members. Collating and reporting Client Services management information. All required HR issues for the Paraplanning Team. We are ideally seeking a candidate who has experience and knowledge gained from working within an IFA or Insurance firm with a proven track record of managing and developing productive Administration teams. The individual should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work, communicate, and collaborate at all levels throughout the business to deliver the support functions to the management team, financial planners, and clients. It would be advantageous if you have any further qualifications within the sector, i.e., Diploma in Financial Planning Level 4, or are working towards it, although this isn't specifically necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
