Minimum Qualifications: Dip./Degree in Mech. / Auto. Engg. + DTP Tools Adobe Creative Cloud & Corel Draw. Preferred/Desired Qualification: Same as above + MS-office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook). Specific Experience: Min. 2 years of handling Service Publications. Overall Experience: 5 years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Functional: Content Development of Service Literatures Owner's Manual, Shop Manual, Supplement Shop Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Flipcharts, Drawing etc. as per schedule of product launch. Printing (Outsourced) of Service Literatures, POP Material (Banners, Posters, Leaflet, Wall charts, Labour Schedules, Internal Signages etc.), Stationaries (Forms, Certificates, ID Cards etc.). Web content Development for End User including Hindi Translation & Share change implementation with PP svc Pub. Deptt. to update online Parts Catalogue based on Drawing Change Notice. Content back-up, Library & Renewal of Software Licenses. Conduct PDCA for pre-planned activities as well as ad-hoc activities. Customer: Support to SEDBQ Members for Minor Model Change / New Model Launch. Co-ordinate with other Genpo for seeking their help for Foreign Language Translation verification. Support Field Team (Territory In-charge) & Dealers by providing necessary Service Stationaries and Online Portal Access (GPC). Co-ordinate with PIC Spare parts for Parts Master update. Planning of Budgeted Expenses for each financial year to conduct all assigned activities. Develop new & co-ordinate with existing Suppliers for cost effective & timely procurement. Capex & Opex Buying Justification to management and procurement after approval. Apply best industry practices in his/her role with change management. Payment collection & remittance for License fee of online portals.
