A Blueprint for a Rewarding Career Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Monday to Friday and Weekends Required | 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST | Night Shift may be required Work Setup: Onsite (Bogotá/Medellin) Carve Out Your Role in Shaping Client Success and Legal Justice Handle inbound and outbound leads from PNCs interested in hiring our firm. Conduct in-depth initial consultations with PNCs, leveraging sales experience to effectively present and sell legal services. Utilize customer service skills to gather information about PNCs and the matters for which they seek assistance, assuring them that our attorneys and staff are well-equipped to meet their needs. Maintain contact with PNCs who miss their consultations and those who did not retain our services after the initial consultation, keeping opportunities open for future engagement. Use intake experience to manage a tracking system for leads, new clients, and referral sources, ensuring that office software is kept up to date. Track metrics related to new client PNCs and sales. Actively engage in discussions with management regarding the quality and volume of leads, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements. Prepare PNCs for engagement while adhering to ethical rules governing lawyers, ensuring that final documents are approved and signed by a licensed attorney. Requirements Bringing Firepower to the Table: The Expertise to Ignite Client Success 2-3 years of experience in intake, sales of products or services, and customer service. Strong sales and customer service skills. Experience with immigration processes and appointment setting preferred; immigration knowledge is required. Proficient in calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software. General knowledge of the legal industry preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Plus: Previous experience in a medical administrative support or clerical role preferred. Experience in drafting complaints preferred. Awareness of legal processes is a plus.
