Claims Consultant (m/f/d*) for the Regional Claims Centre (RCCLA)We are seeking a motivated and qualified professional to join our Regional Claims Centre Latin America (RCC LA), based in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing claims and claims portfolios on a regional scale. Reporting directly to the Regional Claims Head for LATAM (excluding Brazil), you will collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver innovative claims management solutions and partner with clients to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Your Responsibilities: Claims Management: Handle Property and/or Casualty claims within your approval levels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Portfolio Analysis: Monitor and analyze claims portfolios, identifying adverse developments and trends to support decision-making.Loss Analysis: Conduct in-depth loss analyses to inform client management and underwriting decisions.Collaboration: Act as an interface with RIA/Claims Handling units, collaborating closely to identify and implement quality assurance measures.Trend Analysis: Identify overarching claims trends and provide actionable insights.Outlier Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on outliers, providing detailed qualitative and quantitative overviews to Claims Managers.Exposure Estimation: Work alongside Claims Management to estimate exposure, particularly in NatCat events and other significant scenarios.Your Profile:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
