Job Description : Equitable and Resilient Finance (ERF) is a 5-year program financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Chief of Party (COP) will direct all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of the program. S/He will coordinate with USAID in the development, implementation, and reporting of ERF. The COP will ensure high-quality program implementation in accordance with NCBA CLUSA's international program management standards and technical approach and principles. Requirements: * Master's degree or equivalent in finance, business administration, agricultural economics, or another related field. * 10 years of experience developing and leading financial inclusion programs. * Chief of Party experience implementing USAID contracts is required. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government counterparts, donors, and other key stakeholders and partners. * Fluency in English and Spanish is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
