A Day in the Life


- Plan and monitor customer contact center schedules and operations.
- Provide management information and productivity forecasts by observing customer call patterns.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators.
- Schedule call center equipment maintenance and repair appointments.

Must Haves

- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas
- Fluent in English
- 2 years of experience with workforce processes and real-time management, customer services, or related
- Great communication skills
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel knowledge

Nice to Haves

- Reporting and analytical experience
- Medical Device Industry experience
