U.S. based health insurance agency looking to hire someone to document processes in the business. This would be done by creating flowcharts for our business processes. Then analyze and determine which of these processes could be automated and helping to implement appropriate automation. Examples may include using Microsoft Bookings to schedule appointments and have an automated virtual assistant call clients for reminders before appointments. Required Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English communication Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Language: English (Required) Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025#J-18808-Ljbffr
