About World Business Lenders () World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English. About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Loans Sales Specialist/Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend Work: Please be aware that the working days for this position are Wednesday - Sunday each week. Responsibilities: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing product information, assistance, and recommendations to meet their needs. Actively contact customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Develop knowledge of company's products, processes, and policies. Act as a liaison between Sales Manager and internal Operations departments, as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. Work experience in Sales, as an Account Executive or similar role. Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
