Descripción The key responsibilities for this role are: Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share. Lead and manage sales teams to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Control and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals. Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of revenue targets and propose corrective actions when necessary. Establish strong relationships with EPS, IPS, and other key institutional stakeholders. Promote the product portfolio by engaging with the medical community, especially gynecologists, to ensure the successful adoption of contraceptive methods. Identify opportunities for new business development in both institutional and trade channels. Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and explore new growth opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, fostering sustainable business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product Development) to align strategies and optimize resources. Perfil Buscado (h/m) The ideal candidate will have +5 years experience and a strong background in managing sales teams, deep knowledge of institutional and trade channels, and proven expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders, including EPS (Health Promoting Entities) and IPS (Healthcare Service Providers). This individual will also focus on the promotion of the portfolio of contraceptive methods (pharmaceuticals and medical devices), leveraging their network within the medical community, particularly gynecologists, to ensure product adoption.
