About the Company : Sagan represents a company that owns and operates three full-line Bobcat dealerships serving Beckley, WV, Charleston, WV, Charlottesville, VA, and surrounding areas.
The dealerships not only sell new and used equipment but also rent equipment and provide parts and services to customers.
The team consists of 23 employees across all locations, committed to delivering exceptional service and expanding the company's reach.
Position Overview : We are looking for a Brand Specialist to manage all facets of marketing across our three dealership locations.
This role focuses on digital marketing, social media, email and text campaigns, lead generation, online brand and reputation management, and customer success.
The Brand Specialist will manage incoming leads to sales reps and communicate with current customers to ensure continued use of our dealerships for parts, services, and future purchases.
The specialist will have access to corporate technology and services for content and advertising, aiding in the successful execution of these tasks.
We aim for the candidate to lead the implementation of a CRM strategy within a year of hire.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute digital, social media, email, and text marketing campaigns.
Manage online brand and reputation, ensuring positive and consistent messaging.
Handle incoming leads and distribute them to sales representatives.
Communicate with current customers to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing business.
Utilize corporate-provided marketing resources and content.
Lead the implementation of a CRM strategy within a year.
Qualifications : Proficiency in English.
Experience in marketing, particularly digital and social media marketing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Action-biased self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
Nice-to-Haves : Experience with CRM systems.
Prior experience in digital marketing.
Prior experience in customer success or brand management.
