Bilingual Appointment Setter/Sales Agent (English And Spanish)

SnappyCX is seeking a skilled Sales Agent ( Bilingual Appointment Setter) with strong English and Spanish communication skills and a minimal accent.

This role will support our client in setting and qualifying appointments for Medicare insurance plans and assisting with follow-ups for Social Security seminars.

We are looking for an appointment setter who is diligent, customer-focused, and capable of engaging potential clients professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Reach out to leads and set appointments for Medicare insurance plan consultations. Pre-qualify clients based on criteria provided by the client.

- Engage with individuals who have shown interest in attending Social Security seminars, confirm attendance, and set appointments where necessary.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to ensure their participation and maintain consistent communication for both Medicare and seminar engagements.
- Engage with clients fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication with minimal accent for a better client experience.

Key Qualifications :

- Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish with minimal accent in both languages.
- Previous experience in setting appointments and handling phone-based communications, preferably in the insurance or seminar space.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage and qualify potential clients.
- Ability to follow up meticulously and keep accurate records of client interactions.
