Job Description We're looking for an outstanding Associate, Project Management – a digital producer with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. Must have: Pharma/Life science clients/projects experience. We are part of Publicis Groupe's cross-media production platform (Publicis Production), which brings together specialist production expertise in video, digital media and print, producing and delivering brand content across all channels for top global brands. As part of the AMP Team, you will focus on five key areas of development as you learn the fundamentals of digital marketing: Project Management: You will own key project management functions such as scheduling, scoping, resource management and risk mitigation. Marketing: You will learn your client's business and be trained in the craft of Marketing, learning how to deliver effective campaigns that meet strategic objectives. Client Coordination and Management: You will facilitate projects with your client counterparts and develop client-ready documents such as competitive analyses, SOWs, schedules, briefs and risk assessments. Communication and Engagement: You will learn to use the right communication tools at the right time, understand how to communicate effectively and lean into your work with active participation in meetings and on your projects. Financial Operations: We will train you in the fundamentals of business financials including forecasting, promoting great margins and managing Digitas operational processes. Day-to-day, your role includes: Build up and demonstrate a clear understanding of our end client's brands. Source and negotiate with in-market transcreators/writers, Voice-Over artists, recording studios, and other suppliers. Assist, evaluate, and monitor suppliers during the project. Prepare copy decks for transcreation and scripts for recording. Create creative and linguistic briefs. Proofread and QA to ensure that transcreation follows quality procedures. Maintain glossaries and playbooks for consistency across campaigns and projects. Manage the copy review/approval process with agency or client. Support large initiatives and also lead smaller projects independently. Set up projects for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment). Keep clients and internal teams moving in the same direction. Anticipate the needs of your projects, heading off potential pitfalls. Remove barriers to success for the team. Actively seek and share knowledge with your project teams and within the Project Management capability. Qualifications English Level B2 or higher. Experience with Pharma/Life science clients/projects. Experience implementing CRM platforms and driving email/direct mail customer journeys. Demonstrated team leadership capability, preferably with teams of 3+ people and project budgets of $250k or more. Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to inspire teamwork and take a leadership role. Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Proven mentoring, and team-building skills.
