Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM Oregon Time (20 hours per week) Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure they receive necessary information.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and refine outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the outreach process.
Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
