It works with clients across Corporates and Financial Services.
The Financial Services team focuses on sales to Hedge Funds and Investment Banks.
The Corporate Sales team works with firms spanning Fortune 500s to the fastest growing SMEs.
In this role, you will work closely with other Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and the Client Delivery team - as well as with management - in growing these two verticals.
About the role We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished new business sales professional to join our growing Growth Markets team, with a focus on Corporates in the Americas region.
You will be selling into the largest corporations and building your penetration across teams and individual users.
You will fully own your book and business development efforts, while working closely with the BDR team.

Responsibilities Be a key member of the Growth Markets team and play a crucial role in the development of the Corporates desk in the Americas.
Look at things top down and bottom up.
Hunt & farm.
Build a strategy and execute on it.
Own the end-to-end sales process for large Corporates in the Americas.
Close leads that you, or your Business Development team creates.
Expand on those closed deals to penetrate an organization further, embedding Dialectica into the decision making process of any corporate.
Research leads; stay up-to-date with developments of your target accounts; network; perform demos; create or oversee the creation of customized client presentations; create client success and go-live plans; own the sales process from beginning to end.
Work with the BD and the Product Marketing team to create unique campaigns, A/B test messages to generate more leads that close faster.
Requirements You have extensive experience (+5) with B2B Sales, ideally on an Enterprise level, whether in SaaS companies or not. You might have gained some experience in consulting, working with leading firms in Pharma, Healthcare, Industrials, Business Services or TMT. You approach sales from a consultative angle, and have the ability to run in depth discovery calls that help you understand the client's real problem.
You can articulate how our existing solutions can help them or create new ones. You are both a hunter and a farmer.
You build your pipeline, either through your own skills or by coaching your BD team.
You do not stop when the deal closes, but build the relationship and ask for referrals in other units or users of the firm. You have had a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You know how to use data to answer your questions and make your case, and you have worked with CRMs before to scale your efforts.
