In this vital role, you will champion workforce planning, scheduling, and analytics to enhance productivity and service delivery across our teams.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate daily staffing needs and allocate personnel to gaming tables, ensuring efficient operation of open and closed tables.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees as required.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee work schedules and rotations for gaming tables to ensure smooth operations and adequate attendance.
Collaborate with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all staffing requirements are met.
Generate daily staffing reports, verify work hours and time-off requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and perform administrative duties assigned by Supervisors or Management.
Create and maintain effective staffing strategies to ensure adequate coverage across all operational areas.
Track employee attendance to ensure adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and oversee rotation schedules for shift transitions, ensuring seamless handovers between shifts.
Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage schedules, rotations, and staffing requirements effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management tools.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 schedules.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
