Workforce Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, an advanced level of English proficiency, and strong knowledge in allocations and capacity planning for recruitment. This role is crucial in ensuring that we have the right number of employees, with the right skills, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities: Workforce Planning: Develop and maintain workforce plans to meet organizational needs and optimize resource allocation. Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Capacity Planning: Assess recruitment needs based on capacity and allocation requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workforce metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and department managers to align workforce strategies with business goals. Forecasting: Utilize forecasting models to predict future workforce needs and support strategic planning. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce planning and allocation efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, industrial and/or administrative engineering or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce analysis or a similar role. Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in workforce management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices in capacity planning and allocation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in BPO, staffing or HR. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI, SQL, or similar).
