We are looking for someone that is willing to learn and be exposed to new technologies. In this position, the person will have to learn how to use different low-code and no-code tools to solve complex problems. Responsibilities: Seeking an individual with a dynamic and analytical profile who enjoys problem-solving and embodies a continuous improvement mindset. Must have an interest in understanding the client's business, be willing to share knowledge, and be eager to learn new technologies. Implement and manage solutions developed with low-code and no-code tools to address clients' needs (e.g., Zapier, Make, and Decisions.com). Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low-code and no-code solutions on different platforms. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose solutions to their problems. Collaborate with team members to ensure the solution created adheres to the defined requirements. Work with all team members to ensure the quality of the outcome for every change made by any person in the team. Requirements for this challenge: Advanced English proficiency for effective communication in international and multicultural environments. Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and business logic. Proficiency with low-code and no-code platforms, including developing, integrating, and deploying solutions. Solid experience with AGILE methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and experience in creating and managing workflows and decision trees. Proficiency in demand management tools (e.g., Jira, ITSM, Trello) and knowledge of documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, GSites). Experience in supporting applications and services, including investigation and root cause analysis, troubleshooting of production issues, and strong problem-solving skills to effectively propose solutions. Strong knowledge in REST, SOAP, Microservices, and Webservices, with proficiency in RESTful APIs for integrating external services and experience with web services and data exchange protocols. Familiarity with API testing, including creating requests, analyzing responses, and identifying potential errors using tools like Postman, as well as experience with unit testing and debugging methodologies, and familiarity with automated testing tools. Experience with monitoring services and applications to ensure optimal performance. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server), with an understanding of data modeling and data flow. Proficient in creating technical documentation and user manuals.
