As a UX/UI Architect, shape the design strategy and methodology of our projects using your extensive experience in UX/UI. What you will do: Architect comprehensive UX/UI strategies, aligning them with long-term business goals. Lead and guide the organization in adopting advanced methodologies and tools for user-centered solutions. Define standards and frameworks for user experience and interface, ensuring consistency and quality across products. Provide strategic direction and expert insights on complex UX/UI challenges. Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering excellence in practice and thinking. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate user-centered design deeply into the product development lifecycle. Here's what we are looking for: 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design and strategy. Strong background in user experience architecture and information design. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of usability testing, user research, and data analysis for UX optimization. Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex UX/UI solutions across multiple platforms and devices. Skilled in creating and managing design systems and pattern libraries. Ability to evaluate and choose between different UX/UI frameworks and technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each. Expert in managing end-to-end UX/UI design processes and integrating them into product development lifecycles. Proficiency in advanced prototyping and interaction design tools.
