This professional will be responsible for leading the team responsible for contacting candidates of various profiles required by BairesDev and its clients and engaging them in the company's selection process. What you will do: Develop the Talent Representative strategy and collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract potential candidates. Manage the process of contacting candidates and adding them to our pipeline. Share data with the recruiting and staffing team. Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Heres what we are looking for: 7+ years of IT recruiting experience. 2+ years of experience managing teams. Time management and organizational skills. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to constant change. Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques (a plus) Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus. Advanced level of English.
