Talent Operations Manager at BairesDev As a Talent Operations Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals. This role places you at the forefront of managing and guiding a team of leaders, where you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process. You'll work closely with other area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes updated and aligned with business needs. With oversight of a team of over 50, your responsibilities will include tracking KPIs and metrics, analyzing data, and refining recruitment processes for optimal results. In this role, you will: Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function. Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and enhance employee well-being. Align with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective. Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team.
