We are looking for an SEO Content Manager to join our marketing team to develop and build a world-class content strategy and plan. This professional will work seamlessly with other stakeholders from the Product, Conversion Optimisation, SEO, Digital Marketing, Development, and Creative Services teams to grow the website properties and execute tactical plans, constantly improving and delivering to meet commercial business goals. What You Will Do: Design, build, and manage a roadmap of content requirements for the company's website. Leverage and collaborate with multi-departmental resources to guide and oversee the execution of content production. Execute tactical-level plans for keyword rankings and organic traffic targets; provide specialized knowledge to the team and project. Identify opportunities to optimize parallel production within the team to drive incremental conversion. Create compelling, innovative, content-led campaigns. Manage production and delivery schedules, working with suppliers to meet deadlines. Manage the creation and production of creative content and sponsorship materials. Execute the delivery process and oversee quality control for all creative content materials to ensure creative intent and approvals are met and maintained. Monitor site visibility through organic search and keyword position tracking. Adjust and course-correct annual plans as required. Report to the SEO Director to ensure all strategic deliverables are implemented. Here's what we're looking for: 5+ years of experience as an SEO Content Manager or similar role. 3+ years of experience developing and executing a successful SEO strategy. 3+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development. Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of A/B and other testing methodologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
