HR Revenue Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Partner Earnings & Revenue Associate Manager to join our People X Partner team. As a HR Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the execution of the ongoing compensation reviews for all Revenue-related employees, proactively proposing salary adjustments quarterly (or when needed) while evaluating additional requests received. Designing and maintaining a practical model which allows BairesDev to anticipate the competition in terms of compensation market trends, thus proactively decreasing attrition risks. Monitoring attrition trends under salary adjustments granted to evaluate the model's effectiveness set in place and make the necessary adjustments. Here's what we are looking for: Previous experience in positions within the area (+3 years in similar roles: Revenue Management, Sales Variable Compensation). Previous experience with financial models and data management (ideally, you should have a commercial mindset focused on revenue). Advanced English level.
