Compensations Expert at BairesDev
We are looking for a compensation expert to join our Human Resources team.
You will create and implement compensation processes and policies in this role, enhancing our employee value proposition. Your expertise will drive the development of competitive and fair compensation strategies that align with our organizational goals and market standards.
What You Will Do:
- Improve and manage salary review processes to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices.
- Analyze and execute changes to the organizational structure using job-leveling tools to maintain consistency and fairness.
- Enhance and maintain company compensation guidelines to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Design comprehensive compensation strategies that support the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Evaluate the market competitiveness of our compensation offerings to ensure we remain an employer of choice.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in compensations and rewards.
- 4+ years of formal experience in roles such as analyst or specialist within human resources.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in salary structure design and updates,
particularly within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with job leveling methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
- Advanced English level.
Desirable:
- Project management experience, with active participation in large projects and workflows.
- Knowledge of revenue management.
- Background in finance.
